In case of updating the software of your e-bike, uninstall SpeedBox from the e-bike first, update the software and reinstall SpeedBox.
How does the SpeedBox 3.0 work?
Activating the tuning kit is a breeze – simply access it directly from your bike's display. Enter the WALK assist mode briefly, and a speed value of 9.9 km/h (6.2 mph) will appear, allowing you to ride at unlimited speed. Deactivating is just as easy – re-enter the WALK assist mode, and the speed limit resets to the original 25 km/h, restoring your e-bike to its pre-chip installation state.
Alternatively, activate tuning by using the ?? ? ? buttons. Deactivating SpeedBox follows the same simple process.
Customize your riding experience by setting the maximum speed limit. Cycle through assistance modes – three levels down and three levels up (e.g., 4->3->2->1->2->3->4) – to display the desired speed limit on your screen. Values like 1.5 km/h correspond to a 15 km/h limit, 2.0 km/h to 20 km/h, 2.5 to 25 km/h, and so on. Easily adjust the maximum speed by entering the WALK assist mode repeatedly or by turning the rear wheel 360°. The last displayed limit will be saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.
