Standard Service
For our standard service, we dispatch our goods with Royal Mail this costs £6.95.

Courier Service

We offer a courier delivery on any items over 2kg or items larger than 30cm x 50cm x 15cm.

If you place an order over the above weight or dimensions, you can expect to receive your parcel via DHL. If you have already placed an order with us, you can track your delivery below:

Exceptions:
Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands/Islands will incur a charge.
The cost of bulky items (over 2kg weight and/or dimensions over 30cm x 50cm x 15cm) is £9.99 and £20 for larger items such as bikes and tag-a-longs.

Item sizes:
Small items - items under 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm in size
Bulky items - items (not including bikes) over 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm in size
Large items - bikes and tag-a-longs

Next Day Delivery
Order by 3pm and we’ll ship your items the same day for a delivery charge of £5 (large items are charged at £7.50), so they’re with you on the next working day.

DHL offer a 2 hour delivery time slot from Monday to Friday on all next day deliveries.

Please note: Next day delivery takes place on the next working day.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. This means that orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, or Tuesday if the weekend includes a Bank Holiday.

Exceptions:

Bikes are excluded from next day delivery to allow for assembly and quality checking by our team of professional bike builders.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store
When you buy online with us you can choose to collect in store.

We’ll send you a confirmation email and will contact you when your order is ready to be collected from instore! You can then pick your items up at any time during opening hours.
